okay so i went 2 have a game of badminton yesterday night with...a bunch of people. 6 people to be exact. and we only had one court. lol but then things worked out so everyone had their chance of playing. anyway that isnt the main point. so i woke up this morning with the sorest muscle on my buttocks. every step i take i would be moaning in my mind, "Ouch. Ouch. Ouch"
