happy labour's day.

it's nice to be able to finally rest and relax abit after a tired week. =)

and my tutoring class started yesterday. Giving 2 of my friends chemistry tuition. lol the money earned would definitely come in handy in future.

a few goals that I have set for myself this year:
1) No more fast foods. (eg: KFC, McDonalds)
2) No more junk foods & soft drinks
3) To eat my 5 a day
4) to switch to wholemeal or wheat-grain products
5) exercise even more 

just to be able to live healthier.
